Economizer
Exhaust economizer recovering up to 40 %
of the heat entering the chimney.
Purpose:
To increase efficiency of boilers and heaters
To reduce costs of heating
To heat one or two additional rooms
Installation:
The economizer should be installed in a vertical
section of the flue. As close as possible to the exhaust gas outlet of a
heating device (where the flue gases have the highest temperature, if possible).
Working principle:
The heated exhaust air passes through the tubes
economizer. The fan attached to the economizer draws air form the room and
blows it around the tubes through which the hot air passes through. The air
drawn from the room heats up and is enters the same room (or other rooms, if
channeled through pipes to other rooms).
