Standard package versus Efficiency package
Efficiency package offers upgraded combustion chamber design. As a result a more independent and controlled combustion process is achieved giving higher efficiency and less fuel consumption for the same output setting.
Combustion air supply
In Standard package new air for combustion is supplied to the combustion chamber with the help of draft created by chimney.
In Efficiency package new air for combustion is specifically supplied above the furnace pan in the combustion chamber with the help of a pressure fan.
Efficiency package combustion process overall
The combination of a pressurized combustion chamber and pressure fan creates an environment allowing for intensified combustion process.
Efficiency package advantage
Because of previously mentioned things all across the output range a more efficient combustion process is guaranteed. This has resulted in a heater that is much less dependent on the chimney draft for combustion process. Plus it also helps the chimney draft if it is not sufficient.
The upgrades have resulted in a heater that not only has an increased power range, but also consumes less fuel in a given output setting.
